If you have accidentally double booked (purchased two identical tickets for the same departure), you can get one ticket refunded without a fee by contacting us here BEFORE the scheduled ferry departure.
The refund is subject to the following criteria being met:
- Both tickets are for the same departure (date and time)
- Both tickets are in the same name
- If a car is booked, the registration number must be the same on both tickets
If there is a price difference between the two tickets, the most recently purchased ticket will be refunded.
