When you complete a booking with SAMSØLINJEN, we send a confirmation to the email address you provided during the booking process. Here you will find both your ticket and all the details about your trip.
Start by checking your inbox. If you do not see the confirmation right away, there are a few things you can check.
The first thing you should do is check your spam or junk mail folder. Sometimes emails from SAMSØLINJEN can end up there.
It is also worth considering whether an incorrect email address may have been entered during the booking. This happens occasionally, and in that case, you will not receive a confirmation nor be able to find your reservation via your own email.
