At SAMSØLINJEN, we aim to give special consideration to passengers with disabilities or reduced mobility by positioning vehicles to allow easier access to the passenger deck. We offer vehicles for disabled passengers the opportunity to park close to a wheelchair-accessible elevator and with the best possible access to the passenger deck, where possible.
To use this option, the ticket must be booked at least 48 hours before departure. Please first book a standard ticket for your vehicle type. Then contact us by phone at +45 70 25 10 25 and inform us which departure you are traveling with and that you wish to be placed near the elevator with the best possible access to the passenger deck. You must be checked in at the port no later than 30 minutes before departure.

No disability or companion discounts are provided.
We do not offer companion cards, so you must purchase a regular ticket.
