What can I use PayZapp for
PayZapp functions as an alternative payment method to BroBizz and PayByPlate. It is not a physical device, but a digital payment solution that automatically registers your vehicle at check-in.
If you travel between Denmark and Sweden, you should be aware that PayZapp can only be used between Helsingør and Helsingborg and not for transit trips such as Puttgarden or Rostock. You will also see two different PayZapp solutions in the app because ORESUNDSLINJEN has its own PayZapp, which only applies to this particular route.
What should I be aware of
There are a few limitations you need to know before you set sail. You cannot create a PayZapp with 'custom' license plates such as "SAMSØLINJEN" or Norwegian license plates, as they are not supported in the system. If you try to create a PayZapp with one of these plate types, the creation will not be completed.
