When you use PayZapp, the payment happens automatically as soon as you go through check-in. The system recognizes your license plate and charges the amount to the payment card you have linked.
When the payment does not go through
If the payment cannot be completed, it is almost always due to an invalid or expired payment card. You can update your card details yourself in the app or on our website. Once the new card is added, PayZapp works again immediately. Additionally, you can always view your previous payments and travel history digitally, so you have full oversight of your trips.
Changing payment card and license plate
If you change your payment card, simply update it on your profile. If you change car or license plate, remember to update this as well, since it is the license plate that ensures PayZapp can register your trip at check-in.
