With a travel card, you can travel frequently on the same route. If you choose automatic renewal, the travel card will be automatically renewed when all clips are used.
How to create a travel card with automatic renewal
- Log in to My page
- Click on Travel often
- Select Create travel card
- Choose the type of travel card that suits your needs
- Select the number of clips and proceed to order
- Under Agreement type, choose Automatic renewal
- Select an existing PayZapp or create a New PayZapp as the payment method
- Confirm the order
- When creating a new PayZapp, enter your card details
- Complete the payment
You have now created a travel card with automatic renewal. When all clips are used, the travel card will be automatically renewed and paid with the selected payment method.
Important to know
- You can always later deactivate the automatic renewal if it is no longer relevant for you.
- If you already have an existing travel card, you can add automatic renewal by clicking on the travel card and activating the renewal there.
- Automatic renewal is not available on all travel cards.
